The project earned widespread praise upon its release, landing on Rough Trade\u2019s best albums of 2024 list and drawing recognition from The Tennessean, American Songwriter, Whiskey Riff, Country Central, Nashville Lifestyles and more. The album\u2019s breakout single, \u201cJohnny Moonshine,\u201d was highlighted by Holler as a \u201cplayful country groove,\u201d showcasing Antone\u2019s gift for blending classic country storytelling with a fresh, self-aware edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antone is also set to return to the road early next year for a run of U.S. headline shows with her band The Rhinestones. Kicking off January 8 in Newport, KY, stops include Asheville\u2019s Grey Eagle Tavern, Houston\u2019s House of Blues, Austin\u2019s Antone\u2019s and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antone\u2019s tour arrives on the heels of a powerhouse 2025 in which Antone played her first-ever North American headline tour with stops in Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Richmond and more. She appeared at some of the year\u2019s biggest festivals, including Under The Big Sky, ACL Fest and Windy City Smokeout, and shared stages with Megan Moroney, Brent Cobb, Ella Langley and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maggie Antone is one of country\u2019s most exciting new voices, making a name with heart-on-her-sleeve honesty and sharp, self-referential humor. Born and raised in Richmond, VA and now living in Nashville, her raw songwriting and captivating covers have won over fans and critics alike.
